Yorkshire and the Humber: questions landlords ask

When must I register a rental property in Yorkshire and the Humber?

Yorkshire and the Humber's registration period runs from 15 April 2027 to 14 July 2027. Occupied properties must be registered before midnight on 14 July 2027. You may register earlier, from 15 December 2026.

How much will I pay if I register on 15 April 2027?

£26.99 for that property's first year if it is your first registration: (65 / 366) × (366 − 214), rounded down. Your renewal date would be 15 April 2028.
